The 2025 International (Wuhan) Intelligent Building Industry Expo, co-hosted by 24 institutions including China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, Huawei, and Tsinghua University, is set to take place from Oct 31 to Nov 2 in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China, or OVC).

With the theme "Develop the Industrial Internet and Jointly Build Quality Homes", the expo aims to create a global platform for the intelligent building industry through comprehensive displays of achievements, cutting-edge technology exchanges, and industry resource integration.
The expo spans 20,000 square meters and features seven major sections: products, design, materials, building, operations, urban areas, and internationalization. It has attracted companies from 13 countries and regions, showcasing 1,300 innovative products.
The "internationalization" section will highlight advanced technologies from countries including Japan, Singapore, Germany, France, the United States, and Spain. It will also feature case studies of Chinese companies’ overseas projects, encouraging the exchange of international technologies and experiences.
During the expo, six concurrent events will be held, including the 2025 International Intelligent Building Conference, the AI and Intelligent Building Integration Development Meeting, product launches, and contract signing ceremonies.
