In Baima county, Qinghai, artisans continued the Horsehair Thread Thangka under the guidance of national inheritor Tudeng Weise on Wednesday. Combining horsehair and silk with embroidery, applique and painting, this Tibetan craft boasts a history of over 4 centuries and brings history and faith to life while empowering local communities through heritage training.
