Jiangsu medical team completes assistance mission in Guyana

The 20th China (Jiangsu) Medical Team to Guyana has recently wrapped up its one-year aid mission, delivering an impressive performance.

Utilizing platforms such as the Minimally Invasive Surgery Center, Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Center, Ophthalmology Center, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Center, the team of 16 medical staff members treated 11,130 outpatients, carried out 2,034 surgeries, cared for 155 critically ill patients, and provided 2,898 traditional Chinese medicine treatments.
