The “Splendid Intangible Cultural Heritage Brand Conference” opened at the Chengdu Jinmen Scenic Area in Sichuan province on Oct 10, launching the cross-regional alliance for intangible heritage. As part of the 2025 Splendid ICH Brand Promotion Week, the event invited the public to experience Shu brocade, Shu embroidery, bamboo weaving and paper art —bringing living heritage closer to everyday life. Shu is the ancient name for Sichuan.
