Wusute Yadan Geopark in Qinghai

Wusute Yadan Geopark, also known as the Water Yadan (also known as Yardang), is located in Dachaidan, Haixi Mongol and Tibetan autonomous prefecture in Qinghai province. It sits at the heart of the Qaidam Basin within the Nanbaxian Yadan landform group. Comprising Yadan landforms and Yahu Lake, this unique landscape has been shaped over millions of years by environmental changes, water erosion, and wind abrasion, creating the distinctive Wusute (Water) Yadan landform cluster.
