The exhibition Everlasting Yangtze: Treasures of Ancient Civilizations has just opened at the Panlongcheng Site Museum in Wuhan, Hubei province.
Tracing the Yangtze River's cultural journey from the Neolithic period to the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911), the display brings together five major categories of treasures: jade, lacquered wood, bronze, gold and silver, and ceramics.
Through these works of art, visitors can witness not only the craftsmanship and artistry of each era, but also the key role of the Yangtze River basin in the evolution of Chinese civilization.
Dates: Until Jan 4, 2026
