The 2nd Golden Panda Awards concluded in Chengdu, Sichuan province, on Saturday night with a grand ceremony, presenting a total of 27 awards in film, TV drama, animation, and documentary, along with special jury awards.
The Best Film award in the film category went to Italian film There's Still Tomorrow. Pema Tseden won the Best Director award for Snow Leopard, while the screenwriting team of About Dry Grasses was awarded the Best Screenplay prize.
Chinese actor Zhu Yilong and Brazilian actress Denise Weinberg claimed Best Actor and Best Actress honors for their outstanding performances in Only the River Flows and The Blue Trail, respectively.
