The China National Tea Museum in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, is now presenting Tea Reflects Beauty: Women and Tea Culture, an exhibition that for the first time traces the connections between women and tea from ancient times to the Republic of China (1912-49). From picking, processing, and selling, to tasting and cultural exchange, imagine the delicate hands and devoted hearts of women across history who helped bring that flavor to nourish life.
