Wuxi, Tongzhou join forces to boost mold industry

The industrial cooperation symposium between Wuxi Mold Industry Association and Tongzhou district, Nantong, was held on Aug 22. Representatives from 25 companies of the association gathered in Tongzhou to explore cooperation and business opportunities.

The Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (NHIZ) in Tongzhou is China's first die-casting demonstration base, excelling in automotive die casting and electronic molds.

Chen Jun, vice president of the Wuxi Mold Industry Association, stated that five mold companies from Wuxi plan to jointly establish a mold industrial park in NHIZ. He expressed hope that mold-related enterprises in Wuxi and Tongzhou will enhance connectivity and inspire each other.

The delegation also visited AlphaESS Co to gain a deeper understanding of how enterprises in Tongzhou are developing.
