With 50 days to go, preparations for the fourth Global Digital Trade Expo in Hangzhou — capital of East China's Zhejiang province — are now in full swing.
The 5-day event, opening on Sept 25, has already attracted 1,614 exhibitors — beating last year's total — and over 24,000 registered professional buyers, including 7,012 from 50 countries and regions. The final attendance is expected to exceed 40,000 people, with international buyers topping 10,000.
Highlights include an expanded AI exhibition zone, new procurement lists worth millions of dollars, the debut at the expo of global platforms like Zoom, Facebook and Aramex and the release of annual digital trade reports and rankings.
A UAE-themed program and a BRICS cooperation week is expected to further broaden international exchanges.
