Left or Right

Left or Right is about a girl’s choice of whether to fit into the community. Lillian, the mixed girl from France, joined a new volleyball team in an international school in the capital of China, Beijing. After Lillian observed a girl from Xinjiang, Qing, is bullied due to Qing's leftie, Lillian decides to hide the fact that she is left-handed and uses her right hand to fit in. However, no matter how hard she tried, she still failed. Left, or right? As the film’s sound designer, the creator skillfully uses detailed layering and spatial audio techniques to reflect Lillian’s inner emotions and psychological shifts, deepening the storytelling and drawing the audience further into the experience.
