Tongzhou hosts dialogue with German entrepreneurs

Tongzhou district, Nantong, convened a strategic dialogue with German business leaders on July 14. Representatives of 10 leading local enterprises in new energy, semiconductors, and high-end equipment engaged in discussions with German entrepreneurs from the ‌Stuttgart Steinhalle Center‌.

The Stuttgart Steinhalle Center, a partner institution of the ‌Mercedes-Benz Innovation Center‌, is renowned for aggregating cutting-edge technologies and high-potential ventures. Its core focus areas demonstrate ‌strong alignment with Tongzhou's strategic industrial development priorities‌.

At the event, German entrepreneurs shared insights into critical topics like the energy transition and innovative agrivoltaic solutions, while representatives of Tongzhou firms Tri Star Group and Alpha ESS Co detailed their technological advancements and operational strategies.

Meanwhile, representatives of the Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (NHIZ) highlighted the region's investment environment and business-friendly policies.

Tongzhou aims to use this exchange to draw inspiration from the Steinhalle Center's success model to establish a two-way collaboration platform. By focusing on shared priorities, including green energy, artificial intelligence, and smart manufacturing, the district seeks to integrate Germany's advanced technologies and management expertise with its industrial foundation, application scenarios, and market potential.
