The 2025 Green Computing Power (Artificial Intelligence) Conference, with the tagline "Building a Green Computing Power Ecosystem and Creating a New Future for Artificial Intelligence", was held in Hohhot on July 12.
At the conference, the multi-cloud computing power resource monitoring and scheduling platform of Helingeer was connected to the national integrated computing power network monitoring and scheduling platform. Inner Mongolia became the first province in China to connect its provincial-level computing power network with the national computing power network. At the same time, the construction of the first green computing power collaborative industry base in China has been launched, the "National Integrated Computing Power Network" national pilot project for computing power collaboration has been connected to the grid, the Helingeer Financial Data Industry Park has been awarded the plaque, and multiple laboratories have been unveiled.
The conference achieved fruitful results, promoting the signing and implementation of 10 projects with a total investment of 20 billion yuan ($2.78 billion). Five key computing power projects have been launched and put into operation, with Hohhot's computing power scale exceeding 101,000 Petaflops (P), making it a top location in terms of green computing power and artificial intelligence industry layout.
In addition, the conference released authoritative information and supportive policies such as the "Green Computing Development Research Report (2025)", as well as achievements such as the country's first embodied intelligent data engineering service platform.
Hohhot boasts a complete industrial chain pattern with green computing power, artificial intelligence, and data elements. The conference promotes innovation, implementation, and cooperation in green computing power and artificial intelligence, and the integration of the digital and real economies, and helps the "China Cloud Valley" progress toward becoming the "World Computing Valley".
