Shaanxi Baishui Dukang Liquor Co Ltd released its new baijiu (Chinese spirits) products on June 5 at the 6th summit forum on light-aroma baijiu along the Yellow River and Baishui Dukang 2025 high quality development conference for partners, which were held in Xi'an, Shaanxi province in Northwest China.
Now in its six consecutive edition, the forum has become an influential platform for uniting the fragrance heritage from both sides of the Yellow River and exploring shared development pathways.
The event not only promoted the exchange and preservation of light-scented Baijiu brewing techniques, but also encouraged in-depth discussion on the shared characteristics of light-scented culture, coordinated development of production regions, and market integration. These efforts have injected strong momentum into the revitalization and value enhancement of the entire light-scented baijiu category.
As a living fossil of Chinese liquor culture, Baishui Dukang embodies a rich historical legacy and stands as a brilliant symbol of the Yellow River civilization in the liquor industry.
According to Zhang Hongjun, chairman of Shaanxi Baishui Dukang Liquor Co Ltd, Baishui Dukang is an important origin of Chinese baijiu and a key member of the Yellow River's renowned liquor-producing region. For decades, the company has remained committed to pure grain solid-state fermentation, rigorously preserving the traditional Dukang liquor-making techniques, which are listed as intangible cultural heritage in Shaanxi province.
The event also invited leading figures and senior experts from national and provincial liquor associations along the Yellow River.
