As the saying goes: "Minor Heat and Major Heat—steaming by day, stewing by night". During Minor Heat, all creatures seek refuge from the sun. Yet, humans learned to harness the fierce sunlight to dispel dampness and ensure their well-being. Tang Dynasty (618-907) poet Yuan Zhen wrote in his poem Minor Heat in the Sixth Month: "With the arrival of the warm breeze; Minor Heat takes its ease." Amidst the blaze of summer's embrace, a tranquil heart finds solace and grace.
