After a spell of rain, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in Hunan province awoke like a fairyland come to life. At the "Sky Terrace" in the Wulingyuan scenic area, mist coiled around the mountain ridges, with the terraced fields faintly visible. In Yuanjiajie, the towering sandstone pillars pierced through the gauzy clouds, their majestic presence even more awe-inspiring in the haze. The winding Jinbian creek meandered through the valley, its crystal-clear waters dancing playfully among the bizarre rock formations, breathing vitality into the scene.
When the first rays of morning light broke through the clouds, it cast a golden glow over the freshly washed forests.
