Rafting course makes a big splash

Lishugou Leisure Valley in Pinggu district, Beijing, launched an immersive, multi-scenario rafting experience — open both day and night on Friday.

Stretching 3,000 meters with a thrilling 200-meter drop, the rafting course attracted participants from home and abroad, including international students from Panama, Ethiopia, Kenya and Thailand.

The serpentine course winds through dense forest, blooming meadows, and ancient chestnut groves, offering both an adrenaline rush and an immersive nature escape.
