This documentary short film centers on Quanzhou's Nanyin heritage, chronicling the journeys of two young inheritors from Jinjiang city as they navigate the transmission of this intangible cultural treasure. Through concrete initiatives—including Nanyin classroom programs at Shaocuo Primary School, creative heritage projects by Jinjiang Nanyin Arts Troupe, skill preservation at the Nanyin Heritage Base, and youth performance training—the film reveals contemporary approaches to cultural continuity. Performances and interviews further showcase traditional instruments, vocal techniques, and musical modes, collectively contributing to the protection and revitalization of this regional art form.
