Today marks the grand opening of the special exhibition An Epic of Civilizations: Classical Sculptures from the Mediterranean World at Chengdu Museum. Featuring 125 artifacts and 76 classical sculptures from the National Museums Liverpool, the exhibition transports visitors from the ancient Greece to the zenith of the Roman Empire. Each sculpture is an embodiment of time, myth and power.
