On May 31, nearly 300 elaborately decorated dragon boats lit up the waterways of Xixi Wetland in Hangzhou for the annual Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duanwu Festival. Locals and tourists alike gathered for the Xixi Dragon Boat Victory Fair, a vibrant celebration of this national intangible cultural heritage.
