A total of 100 buildings constructed in the past 100 years, ranging from temples and museums to schools and industrial ruins, located across China's 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, were announced as the 10th batch of China's 20th-century architectural heritage during an event held on Sunday in Beijing.

Since 2016, a total of 1,000 architectural structures from the last century have been included in the list of Chinese 20th-century architectural heritage.

This year's list was created by the committee on 20th-century architectural heritage of the Chinese Cultural Relics Society, along with the North China University of Technology in Beijing, and other academic organizations focused on architecture and heritage studies.
