The Aurora Museum in Shanghai is now hosting a special exhibition featuring more than 200 exquisite jade artifacts from across China. From the spiritual elegance of Hongshan Culture, the refined rituals of Liangzhu, to the evolving styles of Longshan and Qijia cultures, this exhibition traces the four major cultural lineages of the late Neolithic period — each with its own story, craftsmanship and symbolism.
