Hohhot enterprise supports low-carbon development

Inner Mongolia Yuansu Montai Intelligent Hydrogen-Electric Commercial Vehicle Co, located in the Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone, rolled out 30 intelligent hydrogen-electric heavy-duty trucks on May 17.

These trucks are equipped with advanced autonomous driving and next-generation chassis technologies.

According to Zhang Duo, general manager of the company, Yuansu Montai is the only new energy commercial vehicle enterprise in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region that integrates independent chassis development, electric drive axle integration, intelligent control systems, autonomous driving technology, and smart service platform solutions.

Combining German chassis expertise, Japanese hydrogen energy technology, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the company has developed two self-owned models of the VX01 and H01.

"This batch of prototype vehicles has already been exported to countries including Germany, Spain, Mexico, and Dubai," Zhang said. "We have earned widespread international recognition and secured production orders for five different models."

The company is committed to driving the commercial vehicle industry toward high-end, low-carbon transformation by manufacturing zero-emission hydrogen-electric heavy trucks that support China's "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals. Backed by favorable policies in Hohhot, Yuansu Montai also aims to establish China's "Northwest Hydrogen Valley".
