The new exhibition at Bengbu Museum in Anhui features more than 140 cultural relics from the Liao (916-1125), Jurchen Jin (1115-1234) and Yuan (1271-1368) dynasties in Datong. Through them, you can explore the politics, economy, daily life, craftsmanship and spiritual beliefs of the Datong region during a period of cultural convergence. From the Khitan, Jurchen, Mongol to Han communities, experience how diverse ethnic groups came together to shape a rich, blended cultural legacy.
