Fifteen Chinese-language schools from Malaysia signed partnership agreements with 20 primary and secondary schools in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, on May 13. The collaboration promotes innovation in education through teacher exchanges, joint curriculum development, and virtual classrooms.

Tan Yew Sing, president of the United Chinese School Committees' Association of Malaysia, praised China's rapid progress in education in recent years. "China has made remarkable achievements, particularly in vocational and technical education and smart campus development. Its educational innovation is now leading on the global stage," he said.

Tan emphasized the importance of cross-border cooperation in education amid global competition and rapid technological change. He encouraged more Malaysian Chinese schools to engage in exchange programs with schools in China to offer students broader learning opportunities.

Wu Weicheng, principal of Chung Ling Private High School in Penang, added that this partnership will allow Malaysian educators to learn from China's experience in school management, cultural preservation, and educational technology.
