Xinjiang folk art season captivates audiences in Guanshanhu

Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, welcomed a vibrant celebration of culture on May 4 as outstanding performances from the first China Xinjiang Folk Art Season took center stage.

The touring showcase brought together folk artists from both Xinjiang and Guizhou, offering an unforgettable cross-regional and cross-ethnic artistic experience.

The event featured a rich variety of performances, including traditional dances and singing, ensemble pieces with ethnic instruments, and vocal-dance duets.
