DeepSeek surpasses ChatGPT in monthly website traffic

Chinese AI company DeepSeek has overtaken OpenAI's ChatGPT in monthly website visits, becoming the fastest-growing AI tool globally, according to analytics platform aitools.xyz.
DeepSeek recorded 525 million visits in February, surpassing ChatGPT's 500 million, the report said.
Three months after the Chinese company launched its V3 version of the large model, it holds a 6.58 percent market share, trailing only ChatGPT with 43 percent and design platform Canva with 8 percent.
