Hongqiao Uptown nears finish line, redefining work and lifestyle spaces

Hongqiao Uptown, a new landmark in the Changning area of Shanghai's Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD), is set to be completed by the third quarter this year, promising a place catering to professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and foodies.

The project features three research buildings, eight office towers, an exhibition hall, and a cultural and sports center. It integrates office, research, cultural, recreational, and commercial spaces, creating an eco-friendly urban park.

It aims to serve as a hub for intelligent industries, focusing on AI, TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), and "Internet Plus" lifestyle services.

A standout feature is the cultural and sports center with a gym and sports courts, as well as diverse outdoor fitness facilities. It also features a sunken courtyard, habitat gardens, green balconies, and rooftop greenery, forming a 20,000-square-meter green oasis.

With around 11,000 square meters of commercial space, Hongqiao Uptown is also a culinary paradise for food lovers, offering a wide array of gourmet options.
