At the wind turbine tower production line of Gansu Chuangteng Power Equipment Company in Nanhua Industrial Park, Gaotai county, Zhangye, Gansu province, machines roar and welding sparks fly as workers busily perform internal welding on individual wind turbine tower sections.
In recent days, a bustling scene unfolds across six production lines at Gansu Chuangteng Power Equipment Company. Overhead cranes, plate rolling machines, and other mechanical equipment operate energetically as workers channel their full efforts into precision processes for 43 sets of towers, including CNC cutting, rolling, longitudinal seam welding, rounding, alignment, and circumferential seam welding. The semi-finished products are then transported to the tower polishing and coating production line for sandblasting and painting before being loaded onto vehicles for delivery to the Heihe Hydropower Pingshan Lake Wind Power Renewable Energy Base. The company is going all out to achieve a strong performance in the first quarter.
