Nanning area of Guangxi FTZ launches AI smart answer system

The Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone recently launched an AI smart answer system to support entrepreneurs comprehensively.

Developed by DeepSeek, the AI smart answer system makes it the first customized application scenario for business establishments in Guangxi.

The business owners face confusion due to numerous policy and regulatory documents during the business setup process. To address this issue, local officials introduced DeepSeek as an intelligent Q&A base, aggregating various data, including policies, guidelines, and FAQs related to the business establishment.

The data was cleaned, denoised, and labeled to form an intelligent Q&A model continuously optimized to improve service accuracy. This initiative reduced offline business consultations by 70 percent, significantly decreasing the flow of inquiries and providing precise, thoughtful services to entrepreneurs.

Of note, Nanning is set to integrate DeepSeek with other government service areas for the next step, creating more application scenarios combined with AI and government, providing intelligent coverage for the entire lifecycle of business services, attracting enterprises to settle and develop, and injecting strong momentum into the high-quality economic development of the Nanning area.
