Locals in Zhangguying village of Yueyang city, Hunan province, hosted a celebration of folk culture performances on Wednesday for the upcoming Spring Festival.
The village has a history of more than 600 years and has more than 1,700 buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911).
Attendees were treated to local opera, dragon and lion dances, face-changing performances and puppet shows.
