American editor on TikTok refugees flooding Xiaohongshu: ‘It’s so hilarious!’

TikTok refugees are flooding Xiaohongshu or RedNote. American editor with China Daily told Talking Business that it is hilarious. The US government tries to ban a Chinese app, only to find out the replacement app still comes from China. Its “efforts” seem to be in vain.
