National skiing challenge opens in Shandong

The 2025 Shandong Province National Skiing Challenge kicked off at Cangma Mountain Ski Resort in Cangma town of Qingdao West Coast New Area in Shandong province on Jan 11. More than 220 skiing enthusiasts from various parts of the country took part in the event.

Since opening in mid-December 2024 for this year's season, Cangma Mountain Ski Resort has seen over 30,000 visitors, representing a 30 percent increase in visitor numbers compared to previous years.
