Foreign student impressed by Beijing's 12345 hotline satisfaction rate

Malko Kehtari from Switzerland is currently pursuing a master's degree at China Foreign Affairs University. He said that the 2024 Beijing Forum on Swift Response to Public Complaints gave him a valuable insight into the nature of public service provision in China. He was particularly impressed by the high levels of satisfaction with the 12345 hotline.
