The Weishan Torch Festival lit up Weishan Yi and Hui autonomous county in Yunnan province on Tuesday night. A massive torch, standing at 15.88 meters and weighing 3 tons, was the centerpiece as visitors and locals held hands, singing and dancing around it. In the ancient city of Weishan, a symbolic torch representing 56 ethnic groups burned brightly, and vibrant songs resounded through the night sky. [Video by Xu Jun]
