The Chinese Han Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220) and ancient Rome were two great civilizations thriving in a similar age across East and West. The Hunan Museum will hold an exhibition featuring woman-themed artifacts from the Han Dynasty and ancient Rome. Through various cultural relics, the family life, affections and social roles of ancient women from the two cultures will be unveiled, bringing to life the vibrant narratives of women from 2,000 years ago.
