Individuals from outside the Chinese mainland can set up businesses in Beijing entirely online using the "Beijing Enterprise Service E-Window" or the WeChat mini program. The prerequisite is to possess one of the following six types of ID documents:

1. Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card

2. Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents

3. Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents

4. Passport of Foreign Country (Region)

5. Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents

6. Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents
