On the evening of April 26, in Haikou, the musical The Ageless Su Dongpo was staged at the Hainan Provincial Song and Dance Theater. This production, themed around the great poet Su Shi (1037-1101), creatively employed the forms of music, dance, poetry, and painting, to present the essence of Dongpo culture in a prose-like narrative style.
