An exhibition of artworks by renowned French painter Claude Monet opened at the Guiyang International Fashion Release Center in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province on April 30.

Monet was a prolific artist, leaving behind over 500 sketches and more than 2,000 oil paintings in his lifetime. This exhibition brought together over 150 impressionist works, comprehensively tracing Monet's artistic journey.

Impressionist works that have been passed down to this day are currently distributed in over 90 museums worldwide. This exhibition gathered replicas of influential and well-known impressionist works from these museums.

In addition to Monet, classic works by Impressionist painters such as Edouard Manet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir and Alfred Sisley are also exhibited.

Following the seven guide areas, the exhibition also set up a multimedia space, where art and technology are combined to create an immersive experience of Monet's artworks.

Upon entering each exhibition area, visitors can stamp their tickets, leaving a unique memory exclusive to themselves.

The exhibition will last until Aug 31. Tickets are available on various platforms such as Damai, Douyin, Meituan, Ctrip and Amap.
