The Yushan School of Painting, the main founding figure of which was Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) artist Wang Hui (1632-1717), flourished during Kangxi’s reign (1662-1722), deeply impacting the landscape painting development of the dynasty.
Over 100 masterpieces of the school are now on display at the Yangzhou Museum in Jiangsu, offering visitors a glimpse into nearly 400 years of inheritance and innovation within this renowned artistic tradition. Don’t miss out!
