The Foreign Affairs Office of the Government of Guangdong Province and the Guangdong People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries jointly organized a cultural exchange event for consulate general officials and their families on March 11 in Guangzhou, Guangdong province. About 60 guests visited a Cantonese Opera theater, learned about the national intangible cultural heritage art form, watched performances and participated in an interactive session.
