Staff at the Weiyuanjiang Provincial Nature Reserve in Yunnan province recently discovered a group of monkeys with "crew cut" hairstyles. They have radial hair whorls on their heads, but their foreheads are arranged in a flat-topped cap shape, resembling a "crew cut" hairstyle. After identification, they were confirmed to be northern pig-tailed macaques, a national first-level protected animal in China.
