The Qingdao Institute of Socialism organized the Qingdao United Front Think Tank symposium in the Qingdao Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Qingdao FTZ) on March 8, focusing on seizing opportunities brought about by national opening-up and helping build a higher-level pilot free trade zone.
Experts and scholars were invited to discuss the new trends of economic globalization and the challenges China faces in institutional opening-up. They delved into the development advantages and disadvantages of Qingdao FTZ, proposing timely countermeasures to promote the construction of a higher-level pilot free trade zone.
Looking ahead, Qingdao FTZ will focus on becoming a high-level pilot free trade zone in alignment with Shandong province's objectives. The zone aims to enhance cooperation with the Qingdao Institute of Socialism and leverage insights from the think tank to achieve this goal effectively.
