The history of the ancient Shu Kingdom has perennially garnered attention for its enigmatic and esoteric culture. Queries about the emergence, evolution and distinctive attributes of ancient Shu culture, as well as its merging into Chinese civilization during the Eastern Zhou Dynasty (770-256 BC), can be answered through the ongoing exhibition at the Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum in Xi’an, Shaanxi province. Unveiled on Oct 25, the exhibition will run for four months.
