OVC firms take part in CPHI Worldwide Europe

More than 10 biomedicine enterprises based in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC) took part in the 2023 CPHI Worldwide Europe, which was held recently in Barcelona, Spain.

As the largest European pharmaceutical ingredient exhibition, CPHI Worldwide Europe is held every year in a different European city, gathering pharmaceutical ingredient producers, suppliers, sellers and other related professionals, providing exhibitors and procurers with the latest market trends and technological innovation opportunities.

Humanwell Healthcare Group Co was one of the OVC companies to attend the event. It also cooperated with its subsidiaries to set up exhibition booths, demonstrating the company's strength in the research, production and sale of core active pharmaceutical ingredient products and attracting many buyers. Procurers from more than 30 countries and regions placed orders for its products.

"Clients from India, Germany, Italy and Greece were very interested in our reagents, and they are very likely to be our future business partners," said a representative from another OVC pharmaceutical company.

The valley this time offered free exhibition booths and services for local biomedicine enterprises to encourage them to explore the global market.
