134th Canton Fair to kick off in Guangzhou

The 134th China Import and Export Fair, or the Canton Fair, will kick off on Sunday in Guangzhou, Guangdong province and run until Nov 4 in three phases. The fair, with an exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters, attracts about 28,500 exhibitors from around the world.

Known as "China's No 1 fair", the Canton Fair was launched in 1957 and is held twice per year, in spring and autumn.
