From Aug 28-30, the spectacular musical Southern Confucianism was performed at the Hangzhou Grand Canal Theatre in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. It's China's first musical inspired by the decedents of Confucius in Zhejiang’s Quzhou, based on the classic historical tale of Kong Zhu Declined His Title in the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368).
