At the Huangsipu site in Zhangjiagang city, Jiangsu province, Tang (618-907) and Song (960-1279) dynasty watercourses and architecture bases were excavated. On Aug 22, the Zhangjiagang Museum launched an exhibition of cultural relics unearthed from the Huangsipu archaeological site, which are related to the port history, trades on the ancient Maritime Silk Road, and monk Jianzhen’s journey to Japan.
