Recently, a group of internet celebrities from home and abroad visited the community. Guo taught them how to make dumplings and was ready to share about her happy life in the community.

Residents move in without buying anything, even a pair of chopsticks, and are relieved of rent, property management fees and heating costs, according to Guo. They can cook at home or dine in the communal dining hall, Guo said.
