The Wuxi Hang Lung Plaza project was developed and established by Hang Lung Properties. The plaza sits on Renmin Middle Road, Liangxi district, Wuxi, and includes two phases with a total building area of 375,720 square meters.

The first phase of the project is 262,720 square meters, covering a shopping mall and a high-end office complex. The second phase is located at the intersection of Jiankang Road and Houxixi, covering a world class shopping mall, a high-end office complex, hotels and a service apartment.

The first phase of the project was put into service on Sept 16, 2013.
